Step 1: Check and sign up at
Check whether your employer is enrolled in the HelloRider leasing program. Register on the HelloRider platform and follow the instructions to create your account.
Step 2: Customize your Mokumono Polder
Use our configurator to customize your ideal Polder. Select the desired specifications and accessories, and take a screenshot of your configuration.
Step 3: Send your configuration and HelloRider ID to
. Email your screenshot along with your HelloRider order code to support@mokumono.com. We will process your request and create a quote for you in the HelloRider portal.
Step 4: Accept your lease agreement
As soon as your lease proposal is ready in the HelloRider portal, you will receive a notification. Confirm your lease agreement to finalize the order.
Step 5: We’ll build your bike
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start manufacturing your Mokumono Polder. You can find the current delivery time in our configurator.
Step 6: Pick up your Mokumono at the showroom
As soon as your bike is ready, we’ll send you a message. You can pick up your Mokumono at our showroom and hit the road right away!

A lease term is usually 36 months.
The Abus ring lock is always included in the order. This is a requirement of insurance companies. Other accessories can usually be added to the order, with the exception of HelloRider.
After 36 months, the employee has the option to purchase the bicycle at its current market value.
You can also choose to return the bicycle at no cost at the end of the contract.
Yes, all bicycles are insured. If your bicycle is stolen, you will receive a new one under the existing lease agreement.
No, that's not necessary. You only pay the monthly lease payments.
If you have an order code and would like to lease a Mokumono, we recommend that you send us an email to place your order. Please include your order code and the details of your order (bike model, color, battery) in the email.
As soon as we receive your email, we will process the order in the HelloRider system. You will automatically receive a notification, after which you can approve the order.
