Step 1: Check and sign up at
Check whether your employer is enrolled in the Lease a Bike program. Simply register on the Lease a Bike platform and follow the instructions to create your account. This applies to both employees and self-employed individuals.
Step 2: Customize your Mokumono Polder
Go to the configurator on our website and customize your ideal Polder. Select the specifications and accessories you want, and take a screenshot of your configuration.
Step 3: Send your configuration and Lease a Bike ID to
. Email your screenshot along with your Lease a Bike order code to support@mokumono.com. We will process your request and create a quote for you in the Lease a Bike portal.
Step 4: Accept your lease agreement
You will receive a notification as soon as your lease proposal is ready in the Lease a Bike portal. Confirm your lease agreement to finalize the order.
Step 5: We’ll build your bike
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll start building your Polder. You can find the current delivery time in the configurator.
Step 6: Pick up your Mokumono at the showroom
As soon as your bike is ready, we’ll send you a message. You can then pick up your Mokumono at our showroom.

A lease term is usually 36 months.
The Abus ring lock is always included in the order. This is a requirement of insurance companies. Other accessories can usually be added to the order, with the exception of HelloRider.
After 36 months, the employee has the option to purchase the bicycle at its current market value.
You can also choose to return the bicycle at no cost at the end of the contract.
Yes, all bicycles are insured. If your bicycle is stolen, you will receive a new one under the existing lease agreement.
No, that's not necessary. You only pay the monthly lease payments.
If you have an order code and would like to lease a Mokumono, we recommend that you send us an email to place your order. Please include your order code and the details of your order (bike model, color, battery) in the email.
As soon as we receive your email, we will process the order in the Lease a Bike system. You will automatically receive a notification, after which you can approve the order.
