Step 2: Request your FiscFree® Bike Card
Contact your employer to request your FiscFree® Bike Card or order code. This card is essential for processing your order through FiscFree.
Step 3: Share your Bike Map with Mokumono
Send your FiscFree® order code along with a screenshot of your configuration to support@mokumono.com. We will process your request and confirm the next steps.
Step 4: We’ll build your bike
Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll start manufacturing your Mokumono Polder. You can find the current delivery time in our configurator.
Step 5: Pick up your Mokumono at the showroom
As soon as your bike is ready, we’ll send you a message. You can pick up your Mokumono at our showroom.
