Email your screenshot along with your address and phone number to support@mokumono.com. We will process your request and forward it to Leasefiets for approval.
Step 3: Confirmation and Contract
Leasefiets conducts a financial review. You enter your information and submit the required documents, such as pay stubs and a bank statement. Once everything has been approved, your lease contract will be drawn up.
Step 4: We’ll build your bike
Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll start manufacturing your Mokumono Polder. You can find the current delivery time in our configurator.
Step 5: Pick up your Mokumono at the showroom
As soon as your bike is ready, you’ll receive a message. You can pick up your Mokumono at our showroom. Your lease agreement will take effect at that time.

The Abus ring lock is always included in the order. This is a requirement of insurance companies. Other accessories can usually be added to the order, with the exception of HelloRider.
After 36 months, the employee has the option to purchase the bicycle at its current market value.
You can also choose to return the bicycle at no cost at the end of the contract.
Yes, all bicycles are insured. If your bicycle is stolen, you will receive a new one under the existing lease agreement.
