OUR WORRY-FREE DRIVING PLAN
With our Carefree Riding plan, we’ll keep your bike in top condition over a three-year period through proactive check-ups, regular maintenance, and the replacement of worn parts. Don’t worry—all costs for parts and labor are included in your coverage.
Carefree Driving is available with the purchase of a Polder for a one-time payment of €360.

MAINTENANCE TIMELINE
After you've driven the first 1,000 km—and then every 3,000 km—our mechanics will perform a thorough maintenance check on your Mokumono.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Mokumono app tracks your mileage and reminds you to schedule regular check-ups. Our mechanics in Amsterdam inspect your bike for any signs of wear and tear to keep it in top condition and extend its lifespan.

FULL COVERAGE
The Carefree Driving maintenance plan is an added convenience on top of our two-year warranty, which protects you against material and manufacturing defects.
With preventive maintenance, we make sure your bike stays on the road, day in and day out, without fail.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Carefree Riding Plan covers wear and tear resulting from normal use. The maintenance plan includes all issues related to the normal wear and tear and deterioration of your bike’s mechanical components. This includes: daily wear and tear on the wheels, the belt, the brake pads, and the pressure in the brake system.
Problems with the built-in electronics—including the battery, motor, controller, and lights—are covered under the bicycle’s two-year warranty.
Damage caused by an accident or vandalism is not covered.

At this time, we only offer service and maintenance under the Carefree Driving Plan at our Amsterdam location.

The Carefree Driving Plan does not cover everything. The following are not included:
- Damage caused by an accident
- Damage caused by vandalism
- Replacement or repair of parts not resulting from normal wear and tear
- Electrical components
- Replacement parts that are no longer covered by the warranty
- Shipping costs to and from service locations
- Problems caused by unusual use of our bicycles, such as using a Mokumono as a delivery bike.

A service generally takes about an hour. During that hour, we’ll make sure your bike is back in top condition so you can enjoy another year of trouble-free riding.
